The President has a Large Hill to Climb

This Associated Press poll indicates the distance President Obama must travel to pass comprehensive health care reform. We will see what these numbers look like during the early, post-speech phase of the news cycle.

  1. Are there any reliable quick polls on these issues? It would be nice to see what happened to the approve/dis-aprove responses following the talking he did yesterday.

It appears that there are several unknown facts and details regarding the health care reform. With that being said, it is impossible for people to intelligently voice their opinions. Most of us like to voice our opinions. However there is an old saying, "if you don't have something good to say, don't say anything at all". The President does have a large hill to climb. Therefore until this health care reform has been carefully scrutinized and all details revealed, our nation should be praying for an expedient mutual agreement.

I believe we are to pray for those who are in leadership. The hill before the president is not the issue, but "Lord, help him climb that hill." Amen?

  4. I feel that everyone who are legalized Americans should have access to some form of healthcare. This is not a matter of pitching socialism. However, healthcare should not be controled by the insurance industry and their lobbyist.
Every American should have some sort of access to healthcare.
