Visual of the day - how much sugar??

Sugar cubes indicate that the actual amount of sugar contained in a single CinnaBun is equivalent to 14 sugar cubes! SugarStacks site has other great photos of, for example, how much sugar is in a Coke, or in a Pop-Tart, or in an apple.

Isn't that something? Perhaps we should just eat pure sugar for breakfast.
